The terms ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the Buyer. The term ‘us’ or ‘we’ or ‘our’ ‘Connection International’ or ‘Connection International Ltd’ or ‘Lazy Juice’ refers to Connection International Limited. If you feel there is a mistake in our terms and conditions please contact us.





Please ensure you carefully read and are satisfied with all our terms and conditions before submitting an order to us. Terms are written to ensure you aware of who Lazy Juice are and how we carry out business in regards to how we supply you with products, adjusting your contract with us, how we may change or adjust the contract with you, how to contact us if there is a problem and other details we feel are important for you to know.

A listing on this or any other associated websites does not guarantee that the product is in stock for immediate dispatch. You may be asked on occasion to wait up to 30 days until restocking takes place. If there is a restocking delay over 5 days you will have the right to cancel, in which case our standard terms and conditions apply. We will take all reasonable measures to keep you informed. We will inform all our customers by email when delivery is expected to happen.

Price Promise

We promise to beat the price on any quotation if the buyer can meet the following criteria:

On branded products, it must be an identical product, flavour, model and brand

We require your competitors quotation to include the same delivery.


The following are the terms in regards to the supply of e-cigarette and related products to you by Lazy Juice.


We are Connection International Limited a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is CONNECTION INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and our registered office is at Suite 20 121-131 Eastgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 1PX.

In circumstances where Lazy Juice have to contact you we may do so using the information you provide when ordering in the following ways:




Your Postal Address


You will know if we have accepted your order when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract is in place between you and us. If we cannot accept your order we will contact you by email and will not charge you for products. Non acceptance of an order can be due to products being out of stock, if we find incorrect pricing or product information on our website or because we reasonably believe you are not the legal age or resident in the UK or resident within the areas which we can deliver to at that time.

If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this by email and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock or because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because there is a safety issue or because we reasonably believe you are not aged over 18 years of age or resident in the UK.

We only sell in the UK and you must be over 18 for us to sell to you. By law we cannot sell e-cigarettes or related products to anyone who is under 18 years of age. If we reasonably believe that you are not the legal age of over 18 we reserve the right to request proof of your age before we fulfil your order.


Delivery will ONLY be made once valid ID proving age of purchaser is shown to the delivery driver. The driver MUST take a photo of the ID for our records.

The goods will be delivered to your specified postal address.

In Gloucester our delivery drivers will give you time during the delivery to check all products to ensure they are correct, the delivery is complete and without deduction, are without fault and to ensure you are 100% happy with the quality of the product delivered. Prior to leaving the delivery driver will need you to sign for the goods stating you have received them in full without issues. Based on this level of customer care we cannot receive any returns on eliquids / vape juices. We will accept returns on electrical equipment that is faulty, but we must be informed within 48 hours of signing off on delivery received.

We offer Free Same Day Delivery in Gloucester once a minimum of £15 is spent on vape juice or e-liquids prior to 6pm. 

Free same day delivery can only be offered in Gloucester as this time. 

If a delivery address outside Gloucester our sales team will call you to agree on alternative transport arrangements or to make a full refund.

If payment has been made by a debit card or credit card the delivery address should be the same as the registered card address to comply with anti-fraud regulations set by our providers. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of an order until suitable payment method is arranged or payment by other means is completed or if we can confirm the purchase was made by the registered card holder in writing from the merchant merchant provider.

Delivery of goods will be accepted at anytime of day. If you fail to take the delivery or provide any necessary documents, the goods may be returned to us and the buyer will be responsible for any charges associated with this. If we use reasonable measures to arrange delivery, but have to store your products we may charge you for all related costs and expenses including but without limitation, storage, insurance and re-delivery. If we take reasonable measures for re-delivery but are unable to re-deliver your order, the order may be returned to us and all delivery and return costs will be charged to you.

If you select free delivery then we will attempt to deliver within 3 working days and in any event within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order, but the time of delivery will not be of the essence and we will not be held responsible for any costs to you the buyer resulting from late delivery.

Delivery time of day cannot be specified by us and where third party delivery companies are used we cannot be held responsible for any failed delivery times quoted.

It is your responsibility to inspect all goods to your complete satisfaction for damage and to ensure your order is exactly as ordered and that all goods are present before accepting the order from our in house delivery team. If third party delivery companies are used it is your responsibility to inspect all goods to your complete satisfaction for damage and to ensure your order is exactly as ordered and that all goods are present before accepting and signing for your delivery. If your delivery is not correct or damaged then you must clearly state this to the delivery person and it must be signed as damaged or not correct in order for us to send replacement products or issue compensation. If the goods are not signed as damaged or signed as not correct we will accept no liability for any damages. You may also accept to refuse damaged delivery. If you refuse to accept a delivery and there is no evidence of damage then the order will be considered as cancelled. If you do accept a damaged or incorrect delivery you must sign for it as damaged or incorrect with the courier in order for us to process any claim for compensation. Our delivery team will ensure you have ample time to inspect your delivery before they leave.

The contract will be at an end if we refuse to deliver your order and we will issue a full refund.

The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you specified and you will own the goods when we dispatch them to you.

We do not deliver to all areas within the UK and reserve the right to cancel your order and make a full refund without deductions if we cannot deliver to your postal address


Unfortunately exchanges are not possible due to the product type and nature of the business.

Returns Policy

If your accessories are faulty please return it for analysis. Returns Must Be reported within 48 hours of delivery and sent within 7 Days of Purchase.

All Items must be in original packaging, unused, damage free and have the original Tags still attached. If Items have tags removed, are used, marked or damaged they will not meet the criteria for returns and will be handled on a case by case basis.

We do not offer free shipping for returns. After your return is received it will be processed within 30 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The Following is a list of items that are non-returnable unless there is a manufacture default.

If you want to make a change to your order please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not dispatched your goods we will try our best to accommodate your order change, but cannot guarantee it is possible. If it is possible then our team will inform you of any change in price or delivery schedule or anything else required as a result of your change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.


In the event that a product is listed at a wrong price due to a human error or incorrect pricing received from a supplier, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed prior to delivery of goods.


If you use our website, all your financial transactions are managed by third party providers that state full PCI compliance. If you have any issues or concerns with regards to security please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to resolve issues within a reasonable time frame.


We reserve the right to make changes to our websites, our disclaimers, our terms and conditions and any other images or company assets at anytime and without prior notice.


We may make changes to products to reflect changes in relevant laws or regulatory requirements or make technical adjustments, none of which will affect your use of the product.


Your ability to cancel your order will depend on issues with the product purchased, how we have lived up to our terms and conditions and when you try to end the contract.

Your ability to change your mind in line with ‘Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013’ within 14 days and receive a refund. But you cannot change your mind if products sealed for health and safety reasons or hygiene purposes have been opened or unsealed after you get them.

We will always ensure we meet your legal rights in regards to supply of a faulty product or misleading descriptions and permit you to cancel your order or to get your product repaired or replaced or to make part refund if you decide to keep part of your order or full refund if we fail to deliver your goods as ordered in full

To cancel your contract with us you must let us know by email to sales@lazyjuice.co.uk. This email must contain:

- your name

- order/invoice number


On receipt of this email we will supply you with instructions on how you return the goods to us. If you cannot email us then please call us to initiate the process.

Refunds can only be processed on receipt of returned goods so we strongly recommend you use suitable delivery services or agree a suitable alternative with our cancellations team via our cancellations email sales@lazyjuice.co.uk

You will be liable for return costs if the reason for return falls outside of the following: faulty products, mis-described products, error in pricing, delay in part delivery, something we have done wrong. In all other circumstances you will be liable for return costs including exercising your right to change your mind.


We will refund you via the method you chose to process your online payment less any deductions that are applicable in line with our terms and conditions. We will process refunds as soon as possible but will aim to process them 14 days from receipt of returned products/goods to our premises


We have the right to cancel any order prior to delivery and will make reasonable efforts to inform you. Nothing in our terms will affect your legal rights, but if you wish to exercise your legal rights to refuse products then you must post them back to us following the guidelines emailed to you by our cancellations team. If parts of this contract are deemed to be illegal, then the remainder will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
